All orders for in-stock merchandise will ship within one to two business days of receipt from Minneapolis, MN (USA) if received by 12:00pm central time. Orders received after 12:00pm central time will be considered the next business day and ship within two to three days of receipt. 

If you require next day shipping, please select the appropriate method in the Shipping section at checkout. Orders need to be placed by 12:00 pm central time to be available for delivery when using next day services.

Larger Orders: If you want to order more of an item than the quantity available, please enter the appropriate information on the Contact Us page or contact customer service at the email address listed above.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and other international transit charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for all regularly priced products within 30 days from the original order date if a valid return authorization is provided by customer service.

Please note: On-demand custom order and clearance products are not available for return.

Please contact customer service at the email address listed above to request a return. Please provide your order number, the item number, and quantity of the items you would like to return. Customer service will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and will provide return shipping instructions. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 30 days from the original order date and we will process a return or replacement.
